Just a thought but we might want to consider placing toll gates at the entrances of all our Parks, the Golf Course, selected Streets and South Street Bridge. We could also have pay toilets in all our City buildings and even pay parking at the Airport and the Golf Course. We can extract a quarter per person for use of the Skate Board Park and even have pay parking at the Swimming Pool, the Rec Center and all the Ball Fields. I think it could work, especially the pay toilets if we offered free coffee to every one attending our City Council Meetings.
