City Government, Is a change needed?

Our present city government is run by council members elected at large. Do you feel you recieve fair representation from a council whose members come from basically the same area of town? Or, do you feel a change is needed to a ward system where the city would be split up in to sections or wards, and the council would be made up of members from each section so each part of the city would get equal representation?

In my considered opinion, it is well past time to have Aldermen elected by district here in Neosho Shinobi, surprise, surprise.

Eight votes out of 34 members just ain't all that whippy Shinobi. I truly fear that we will have the same problem with the petition drive.
