Has anyone taken a look at the 'Historic Neosho Square' at three in the afternoon on a Saturday? It is dead! Why would anyone want to move their business to Neosho?

One of the business principles in putting in a mall or any form of "cluster group" of businesses is to have at least one "anchor store" on each end of the cluster or mall Admin. The same holds true of the Neosho square and there just ain't any "anchor" stores anywhere on it. The other problem with a business on the square is the limited amount of parking available, mostly due to the fact that county officials and county workers take up well over half of the available spaces on a daily basis. A business on the square is just not a real good investment at this time.
maybe a satelite office of records next to the license office, since everyone is now required to show at least a birth certificate...imagine the revenue and amount of traffic this place would get

Thats a great idea but where would a person park to go there. Thats one draw back for that area.

I guess you could always park at the new library parking lot Larry, since I understand that the public lot across the street will soon become restricted parking.
