Where have all the children gone?

What has happened to all those children that the Administration had projected to now be in our school system back when they were trying to force three building bond issues through. At that time it was pointed out to Mark that the national demographics did not support his contention of an additional three to four hundred childen per year in the system but he, of course, discounted the national trends. Well the numbers are out for this year and Mark has eight additional students to deal with. Mark, next time, how about doing a real look at the local demographics before launching another major bond issue.

I wouldn't even want to hazzard a guess Shellback, however, I do wish they would get their act together before they swear that their guesstimates are gospel.
