The Deputy City Marshal of Pineville is really bent out of shape.

It seems he was involved in an auto accident in which the other party was deemed to have run a stoplight hitting the deputy's car. It seems that Mister Moore, the deputy, wanted to charge the guy with criminal assault on a police officer because Moore was in uniform and driving a city car at the time, however, wiser heads prevailed and that charge was not leveled at the guy. Now what I want to know is, do they really get their badges in Pineville out of a Cracker Jack box?

Hell the drunk got 7 years in prison and even had ross for a lawyer keep up the good work MADD of Mcdonald County.
