Slower than a slug moving through snow.

For the last couple of days my response time has been really, really slow. It that because of something with the forums, increased traffic on the site, the internet itself or my equipment? I am at a loss myself and have done all the things I think I am supposed to with my own data storage and it still has been to no avail.

The server this site resides on has actually been pretty fast lately... So I don't know what else to tell you... Unless it is possibly the server you dial into being slow?
